I write historical romantic comedy set mainly in the medieval
Highlands and England; though I am branching out to other time periods.
My current Highland work-in-progress continues my Sisters Series and is
based on research from the Vatican archives regarding the mission of
Luturius Draco Arturius (aka: Luther Pendragon). Interestingly, He earned
the Draco nickname for his love of using Greek Fire in battle) and the
mission that took him from the Roman Empire into Wales and eventually
landed his descendants in the Scottish Highlands. When I learned that
Clan MacArthur, one of the oldest clans, claimed to be descended from
the real King Arthur… Well, a story was born. What can I say? I’m a
writer. It’s a Constantine meets Braveheart meets King Author meets
Indiana Jones.
I am also working on an inspirational romance that begins in England and
ends in the wilderness of the Tennessee River Valley in the early
1800’s. I’m hoping to turn it into a series as well ending after the
Trail of Tears. So how would you like to read about the daughter of a
preacher who is also the granddaughter of a world-renowned matador?
